How do I draw inspiration from Seth?

I am inspired by Seth’s belief that marketing is not about manipulation — it is about making things better and telling the truth about them. He taught me that the goal is not to sell to everyone, but to find your tribe — the people who believe what you believe — and serve them with everything you have.

In a noisy world, Seth reminds me that the bravest thing you can do is to make something meaningful for someone specific, rather than something average for everyone.

How do I draw inspiration from Simon?

In the world where there is so much focus on performance, results and KPIs I often felt like black sheep. I always believed that doing good for others is what matters the most. At some point in life I got in doubt. It looked liked I am one of the few focusing on helping others.  Simon proved I was wrong.

I am inspired by Simons passion to develop leaders and by his way to communicate complex topics in a simple way.
