Curious, empathetic, ambitious…

A new beginning

I left my country and my family in 2001. As a 21-year-old, who had just finished college, I had the world at my feet. Or so it felt, in spite of only holding 350 euros in my pocket. The decision to leave everything behind came as fast as a gust of wind on a sunny summer day in Denmark. I felt cornered in life, and no matter which door I tried to open, it was slammed before I even had a chance to fully open it. The system was not fair. Life was not fair. Nobody was fair.

On September 3rd I kissed my family good bye and that was an end and a new beginning. An end of my life as I knew it and a beginning of a journey that is build on my values, my beliefs and my goals. I had a concrete goal and that became my beacon in the world of endless possibilities. Fast forward to today, I am standing strong with both feet on the ground, with new goals and ambitions ahead.

Interests and hobbies

Mindset and productivity
I am curious about methods and tools to live the life that I actually strive to live. Mindset and productivity play a huge role in how I structure my day. I start my mornings with  revisiting my goals and setting a plan for the day by minutes. This helps me stay focused, resilient and motivated, especially when things get challenging. By focusing on what matters most, I can prioritise my tasks, manage my energy, and make deliberate decisions about where to invest my time. Productivity techniques like setting clear goals, breaking down tasks, and minimising distractions allow me to stay organised and efficient. A structured day helps to stay on track and focus on tasks that bring most value or are a must do.

Food and cooking
I can spend hours in the kitchen creating delicious dishes with simple, everyday ingredients. I believe that great taste comes from choosing natural ingredients. I love experimenting with flavors and finding ways to transform simple, everyday ingredients into delicious dishes. Cooking it’s not just about the meal itself, but about the process, the smells, and the colours that bring everything together.  To me, cooking is a perfect blend of creativity, relaxation, and sometime challenges against time.

Poker
Poker is one of my favourite ways to unwind. It brings my network together, creates a social atmosphere that’s both competitive and fun. I love the mix of strategy, chance, and psychology—it’s a game where, small details can have a big impact. People underrate the impact their body language makes.
