Digital solution for task management

01 Project

I was asked to design user experience for a new webpage and the corresponding Software as a Service Solution that was suppose to be build on an existing framework. My work for this project is under NDA. This shows only main details about the project and my learnings.

01 My role

Product Owner: Prioritise and manage feature list. Assure that deliveries are expected quality. Together with the team set go-to market and communication strategies.

UX lead: ‘To act as potential customer’s voice and craft most optimal user journey for the website and the corresponding SaaS. SaaS that suppose to be build on an existing task management framework.

03 Challenge

The main challenge was to design a user flow that is strongly dependent on the technical setup, screen estate availability, takes int account end suers characteristics and and supports end-users in their tasks and working environment.

  • Prioritised list of features – backlog for grooming, planning or implementation

  • The outcome for the project was a high-fidelity wireframe in XD and user flow in Overflow
